  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Tenderize (Optional): Use a meat mallet to gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated on all sides. Allow marinating for at least 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
