Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
