  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • Fresh green onions and sesame seeds for garnishing
  • Bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Toss with chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
